There is no better way to organize a marketing campaign than by centering it on your customers and lifting up their successes.

Adobe pioneered the Adobe Government Creativity Awards (AGCA), a global program recognizing creatives in the public sector, and they were looking to scale it. I collaborated with the exceptional team at LABOR, a digital agency based in Germany, to help the program reach new audiences and loftier goals.

Ultimately, we grew the number of user submissions by over 2x across eight countries, and expanded the program categories to include both digital design and digital experience use cases.
